Our construction journey began in 1997. After seven years working as a high school teacher, our founder, Richard Larios, started remodeling swimming pools and landscapes here in the valley to make ends meet. By 2005, the company had grown significantly, taking on commercial jobs and large projects like the Tempe Transportation Center in Tempe, Arizona.

During the Great Recession of 2008, Richard found stability with the Boy Scouts of America, working as a district executive for the largest BSA district in the world, the Mesa district. However, in 2010, he returned to his first love: construction. The company had developed the executive team and contracting experience necessary to enter the home construction arena. Richard, the founder and President of Brookview Homes, first built a home for his family with the help of a local homebuilder. Despite some bumps and snags in the process, this experience fueled his determination to build his next dream home on his own.

The construction process was much smoother, and the quality was top-notch.

Now, Richard Larios and the Brookview team builds homes for other families with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that he used to build his own home.
