Builder Trend is a highly effective application for managing a home construction project.  Brookview is proud to offer our customers the Builder Trend experience in order to achieve the best possible construction journey for all of our customers.

In simplest terms, Builder Trend is a file cabinet, a calendar, and a messaging app all in one.  Many builders turn to Builder Trend because it is the easiest and most effective online tool for managing large projects such as the construction of your home.

Brookview Homes will create a portal with Builder Trend which will be shared by all the teams involved in the construction of your home. This includes, the architect, the trades, you of course, and Brookview.   Once the portal is created you will receive a link via email to begin using Builder Trend.  Once in Builder Trend, you will have access to all the Builder Trend tools including a quick turorial for using Builder Trend.   Now, let's begin building!
